Project Initiations / Project Amendments

The following are the steps to create Initiation request or Amendment requests.

  1. First Login to Project Initiation website.

    Then click on "Project Initiation" link
    or
    Select "Project Request List" under the Requests menu.

  1. You will now see this web page. You can Create a new PIF/PAF or review an existing request.

  1. If on step 2 you click "CREATE" a dialog box will appear for you to create a new Project Initiation Request.

  1. Click "Next" on "New Project"

  1. Add new Project name and click "Create New" button.

  1. Proceed to enter appropiate information and submit the request upon completion.

  1. If you click "View" or "Edit" this will take you to specific PIF for your review.

    You can scroll down to see rest of information.

  1. On this screen you can either EDIT, SUBMIT or ADD AMENDMENT.
