Create a SMA Request

This site is exclusively for UCLA campus clients to communicate the relevant information needed to evaluate a proposed capital project or initial study.

  1. First Login to SMA website.

URL Space Management Analysis:

https://www.sma.ucla.edu/

  1. SIGN IN with your UCLA Logon ID and UCLA Logon Password

  1. Click on "new request" link

    Or

    Select "New Capital Request" under the "Capital Portal" menu.

  1. Complete Request Form and click "Submit Request."

  • Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email of your request.
