Review ePlanroom

The following are the steps to lookup information for a UCLA building.

  1. First Login to ePlanroom website.

    Then click on "Building List" link
    or
    Select "Building List" from the View menu.

  1. You will now see this web page. It displays a grid with all the buildings.

  1. You can highlight the record you want and then click on the "View" button or the "View" in the grid.

  1. The Building information page will now be displayed. The Profile tab will be selected.

  1. You can browse the information by clicking on the tabs.

  1. To download building files click on the "Record Set Drawings" tab.

  1. A grid of files is displayed for you to download.

    To download the file you want click on "Download".

  1. On bottom you will see your file was downloaded. Click on the file and the image will load.

  1. You now have a copy of the file downloaded onto your PC.
