Project Schedule

How to Create a Project Schedule

  1. From the project's profile page, select the "Schedule" tab and click the "Edit" button.

Navigate to Schedule Tab

  1. Two options in Project Schedule Creation:

  • Copy an existing Project Schedule:
    Select an existing Project Schedule and click the "Copy Schedule" button.

  • Create a new Project Schedule Click the "Add" button

  1. Three pieces of information required
  1. Type
  • Approved
  • Constructions Completion
  • Project CloseOut
  • Working
  1. Schedule Name
  1. Status
  • Canceled
  • Draft
  • Superseed
  • Verified: change to FINAL

Enter Project Schedule Information


  1. To show the Project's Schedule onto the "Master" Schedule, check the box under the "Show On Master?" column

  2. Click Save

To show the Project's Schedule onto the "Master" Schedule

  1. Once the "Save" button is clicked, an empty grid of Sub Phases is generated.

Enter Sub Phase Information

  1. Fill Out the Required Sub Phase Fields (Start & End Dates)
  • Disclaimer: Multiple fields can be edited at the same time
  • Click "Save after entering (Start & End) dates
  1. If multiple Sub Phases are needed
  • Copy an existing Sub Phase, select the Sub Phase row and click the "Copy Sub Phase" button.
  1. Project Schedule is generated after dates have been entered and saved.

Gantt Chart (read-only)

  1. ** Special Case: "Approved" schedule with multiple phases **
  • Create additional Schedules for each phase (repeat steps 3-9)
  • Naming Convention: "Phase # - Month Year ScheduleName"

Multiple Phases for Project Schedule

  1. Master Schedule
  • To Filter for Capital Projects only, click the "CP Only" tab
  • Clicking the phase on the "Master Schedule" will take you to the Project's "Schedule Profile"
