How to Access Quarantined Emails.

  1. Launch your preferred web browser and visit: https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine

  2. Click on "Sign in"

  3. At The Microsoft Sign in page, type your Office 365 (EM) ID in the following format:[UCLA Logon]@ucla.edu (ex. jbruin@ucla.edu) then click on the [Next] button

    • Enter your own uclalogonid@ucla.edu, this is NOT your ad.ucla.edu username but the username you use with Single Sign-On (SSO) with "ucla.edu" appended to it
  1. If you are asked to choose between a "Work or school account" or a "Personal account", choose "Work or school account" then click on the [Next] button. If you do not see this window, proceed to next step.

  1. You will be redirected to the Single Sign-On window. Enter your UCLA Logon ID and password and click on the [Sign In] button.

    You will also be required to authorize your login using Multi-Factor Authentication.

  1. You will now see your quarantined email.
